Founded in 2020, The West End Fish Company is a premium fish supplier dedicated to supplying wholesalers, restaurants, traditional fish and chip shops and other like establishments with the best seafood found throughout Scotland. Although formed in 2020, our family has been supplying seafood UK wide for over 45 years, and now, we're happy to be able to carry on this tradition in our own way. Built around three core values; quality produce, quality service and building relationships, we aim to bring the best produce to you as fast and as fresh as possible.

Our business was founded around one simple thing - quality produce. We take pride in sourcing great quality seafood and that's one thing we will never compromise on. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure this standard is always upheld and would much rather turn away any unfit produce than give it to any of our customers.

fundamental reason why The West End Fish Company was formed, and we want to keep it that way.

The process

From Sea

Every day, Scotlands fishermen board their vessels and head to sea with hopes of landing the best catch possible. This catch is then landed at one of Scotlands fishing ports, where it is sold by auction.

We then carefully select our produce from the daily markets. From there, it is then processed, packaged, and sent through to us on the same working day.

Once we receive our produce, we bring it to our customers as fast and as fresh as possible.
